Getting Drunk

One can become drunk in the game, yet it has no negative or positive effects. I'd like to see this change. Perhaps when you're drunk you are harder to hit and be hit? A small raise in AC and a penalty to hitroll? Later on this feature could be used in conjunction with drunken master / drunken boxing whatever you wanna call it, but with greater effect.
